Thasneem Khan graduated in 1995 with a B.Proc from University of Witwatersrand (WITS) and later graduated with an L.L.B from UNISA.
She was admitted as a Conveyancer in December 1998 and as a Notary Public in August 2003 Ms. Khan served articles with Farouk Vahed & Associates in Durban.
She served as the Provincial Secretary for the Black Conveyancer’s Association.
As the Conveyancer at Wahab & Khan, Ms. Khan has experience with the registration of Mortgage Bonds (including first loans, further loans, and switch loans), transfers (including freehold, divorce, deceased estate, expropriations, low cost housing, etc), Notarial matters (including cessions, bonds, leases, and servitudes).
Akhmed Raza Wahab graduated with a B.Proc from University of Durban Westville in 1995.
He was employed as an article clerk with Enver Motala & Company and thereafter as an article clerk and professional assistant with Omar & Jazbhay, under Mr. Saber Jazbhay until December 1998.
He has extensive knowledge of company law, commercial litigations, general litigation, Property law, Conveyancing, drafting of commercial and Trust agreements, Contract and Family Law as well as the Administration of Estates.
Mr. Wahab is in the Civil Litigation Department and also attends to Corporate Law queries, Debt Collections, Insolvencies, Administrations of Deceased Estates, General Advise, High Court Applications.
